This is our first year sourcing this outstanding coffee from the Gedeb region in Ethiopia. Coffees from Gedeb are known for their unique and complex flavor profile, with a juicy fruit-like quality and florality. The Eva washing station, where this coffee was processed, has become renowned for its superior quality coffees. Coffees in this region are grown at high altitudes, encouraging slower cherry maturation that results in these mesmerizing flavors.

Coffee Spotlight: Bold Profile
Medium-Dark Roast
Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Malt

This coffee from Veracruz returns this month in our Bold profile. Mafafas is a cluster of small ejidos — tight-knit communities of 30-50 people. There they produce coffees from younger trees after a frost devastated most of the coffee crop in the region years ago. The coffee grows under shade, which acts as a protectant from the intense sun as well as natural pest control. Veracruz is Mexico's original coffee birthplace and is known for its exceptional coffee.

These coffees are available for purchase until June 11th. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
