Country of Origin: Rwanda
Tasting Notes: Jasmine, Melon, Blackberry
Kinini Village Cooperative is made up of 48 smallholder farmers, 85% of which are female. Founded by Jacquie Turner and Malcolm Clear, the cooperative helps smallholder farmers improve their businesses.

Roast Level: Medium
Country of Origin: Ethiopia
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, Honey, Toast
Metu is the capital of Illubabor. Several smallholder farmers contributed to this lot that was processed at Metu washing station.

Roast Level: Light
Country of Origin: Colombia
Tasting Notes: Rose, Apple, Custard
Chiroso is a rare varietal native to Colombia. It is named for its elongated shape; "chiroso" is slang for "elongated" in spanish. It is believed to have originated from Ethiopia Landraces, and so it shares many of the same cup characteristics as Ethiopia Landraces and Gesha.

Anu and Suyog were fortunate enough to visit Halli Berri Estate in 2024. Halli Berri is 100% women-led, owned and run by the Kariappa family.

Roast Level: Dark
Country of Origin: Peru + Ecuador
Tasting Notes: Star anise, Vanilla, Molasses
This blend combines two outstanding coffees: the Peru Namballe and Ecuador Finca Arashi Typica Mejorado.
