Chef Tom Kerridge is backing a new nationwide campaign calling for UK Hospitality VAT to be cut to 10%. Supported by major industry bodies, the campaign is asking hospitality teams and customers to sign a petition pushing for fairer taxation and much-needed relief for the sector. The consumer campaign launches on 1 July, with the aim of building major public support behind UK hospitality.
