Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Charlie Brown Hourston has always been drawn to fashion, an interest that deepened when she and her mother, designer Sharon Brown, relocated to California. It was there that Sharon began building her clothing line, giving Charlie an intimate view into the creative process and the instinct, discipline, and personal vision behind a life in fashion. Together, they reflect a mother-daughter relationship shaped by creativity, independence, and a shared understanding of style as something deeply personal.
