Important Update to Groupe Dynamite Inc. Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

As a valued member of the Dynamite Loyalty Program, we are writing to provide you with a formal notice of an amendment to our Terms and Conditions.

Effective date: June 24, 2026

What is Changing

We are introducing a formal provision regarding account deletion due to inactivity. Currently, the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions are silent on this topic. Starting on the Effective Date, accounts that have shown no purchase activity for a period of 24 consecutive months will be closed and deleted.

How this Affects You

If you are active: As long as you make a purchase at least once every 24 months, your account remains in good standing.
If you become inactive: Should your account ever approach the 24-month mark of no activity, we will send you a notification at least 30 days before any action is taken. This gives you the opportunity to keep your account open and protect your benefits.

Old Clause

i) Termination of the Loyalty Program:

The Loyalty Program may be terminated by GDI at its sole and absolute discretion upon at least sixty (60) days written notice to the Members (Termination Notice).

You may also cancel your membership by notifying GDI (see “Contact Us” section below) that you no longer wish to be a Member. In this case, all Benefits collected by you will be forfeited upon cancellation.

If GDI provides a Termination Notice, it may, in its sole discretion, establish a replacement program. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if events beyond GDI’s control materially affect GDI’s ability to operate the Loyalty Program, the Loyalty Program may be suspended or terminated without notice.

New Clause

i) Termination of the Loyalty Program:

You may also cancel your membership by notifying GDI (see “Contact Us” section below) that you no longer wish to be a Member. In this case, all Benefits collected by you will be forfeited upon cancellation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you do not make a purchase for a period of 24 consecutive months, your Loyalty account will be automatically closed and deleted. You will receive a notice indicating that inactivity will result in the forfeiture of your points and account deletion, at least 30 days but not more than 60 days before the date set for account deletion.

Your Options

To Accept: If you agree with the modification to the new T&C, no further action is required on your part. The updated terms will automatically apply to you as of the Effective Date.

To Refuse: If you do not agree to the modification, you may refuse it and cancel your membership in the Loyalty Program without cost or penalty. To do so, you must notify us no later than 30 days after the changes take effect by contacting Customer Service at Customer Service.

Please note that upon cancellation, any remaining Benefits in your account will be forfeited.

Please note that our existing policy regarding Points expiry (forfeiture after 12 months of purchase inactivity) remains in effect and is not modified by this notice.
