While you’re enjoying your summer break, our beloved Cantabrian Anchovies will be headed out on a summer vacation of their own!
Shipping our delicious and delicate anchovies in the summertime heat can compromise their quality, so they’ll be going offline until this fall. While heat exposure won’t make your anchovies unsafe to consume, it can impact their taste and texture, and result in the product falling short of Fishwife standards. Our team is dedicated to providing you the highest quality tinned seafood, so we’ve made the difficult decision to halt anchovy shipments in order to uphold our commitment to you.
