We wanted to let you know that we’ve made updates to our Terms of Use, effective August 1, 2026. These updates are intended to better reflect how we operate and improve clarity for our customers. We’re committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What is Changing
Our Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and mobile app, as well as your purchase and use of our products and services. The changes:
- Clarify how customers may access and use our website and services;
- Update our arbitration agreement, including:
- Clarifying how disputes are resolved;
- Specifying that arbitration will be held in Fulton County, Georgia or another mutually agreed upon location, rather than a location based on where you live or work;
- Removing the prior exclusion for claims within the jurisdiction of small claims court, so that such claims are now subject to the arbitration agreement;
- Add new sections addressing Catering Services and Edible for Business accounts, reflecting products and services we now offer;
- Expand our third-party content and links section to more clearly describe how we handle content and advertising from third parties on our website;
- Remove a $10 packaging fee previously applied to orders shipped via third-party carrier
As with our current Terms, you continue to have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement. To do so, email [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the effective date with your name, address, phone number, the URL of the arbitration provision, and a statement that you wish to opt out.
We encourage you to review the updated Terms of Use. Other than the arbitration opt-out option described above, no action is required on your part. By continuing to purchase or use our products and services on or after August 1, 2026, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.
