Hi there,
Mother's Day always reminds us how meaningful showing up
for our loved ones can be. Thank you for trusting us to be
part of the moments that matter most year after year.
One message in particular stayed with me this year. A loyal
customer helped me see that Mother's Day can carry a
different weight for those who have lost their moms, or
whose relationships with them are complex. I'm grateful for
that honesty. It reminded me that showing up with heart
means making space for all experiences. We hear you, and
we're already thinking about how to do that more
intentionally going forward.
As an initial step, we are giving our customers the ability to
opt out of holiday-specific emails, starting with Father's Day,
to make that time a little more comfortable.
