I think I've finally figured out how Donald Trump makes decisions.

You know, when you look at the things he supports — and the things he ignores — there's a pretty simple pattern. It's basically a decision tree:

Trump's decision tree: if it doesn't enrich him or his billionaire friends, he doesn't care.

Healthcare? He doesn't care. Housing crisis? Big yawn. Wages for working families? Not Trump’s concern.

If it doesn't help him personally, if it doesn't line billionaires' pockets, then the answer is always the same: Trump just doesn't care.

I wish this were an exaggeration, but we know it is true from his record:

He rushed through crypto giveaways while stalling on housing.

He's handed out pardons to people who'd do him favors while blocking policies that would help families afford insulin.

He's carved out tax loopholes for the wealthy while letting working people fall further behind.

He's started unnecessary forever wars while the price of oil skyrockets.

He's used millions to tear apart the White House to create gold-lined ballrooms while you wonder how you'll afford groceries.

When something helps Donald Trump, his family, his billionaire friends, or the biggest corporations in America, he moves fast. No delays. No excuses. Just action.

When something would actually make life better for ordinary American families, suddenly there's always an excuse, a delay, or nothing at all.

That's the Trump decision-making process. And once you understand it, a whole lot of his presidency starts to make sense.

I'm going to keep calling Donald Trump out — every corrupt deal, every self-serving bad decision, every time he puts himself and his billionaire friends ahead of the American people. And I'm not letting up until there are enough people in Washington willing to stand up to him.

Thanks for being a part of this,

Elizabeth
