Terms and conditions of Price Match Guarantee:
Our Price Match Guarantee applies to bookings made through the Enjoytravel.com website, if you find cheaper within 24 hours on another website (for the same property, room type and dates), we will refund the difference to you of up to £100.
You must contact us within 24 hours of making your booking by emailing [email protected] and provide the URL (results page / hotel property page) displaying the cheaper price, along with a screenshot.
On receiving this, once validated by our team we will refund the difference to you within 48 hours. Please note that hotels prices are constantly subject to change so it is important to provide us with both the URL and the screenshot at the precise time you see the cheaper offer in order that our team can validate the cheaper price applies to the exact same hotel on the same dates.
Emails received more than 24 hours after you made your booking with us will not qualify for our Price Match Guarantee.
Please note prices are set at local level by suppliers and may change from time to time.
