Hey there,

I'm Gage, and I work on the production team here at Epic Water Filters.

Most days you'll find me building, assembling, and packing the products that end up on your doorstep. I don't usually write emails, but I thought it'd be fun to share a quick update from behind the scenes.

Lately, we've been busy.

As more people switch to our new Pure XP filters, we've been ramping up production to keep up with demand. That means more filters being made, more orders heading out the door, and a few new faces joining our team.

One thing I'm especially proud of is that we're making our filters right here in the USA. Every filter is assembled, inspected, and packed by people who genuinely care about delivering a product we'd use ourselves.

Seeing more Pure XP filters leave our warehouse every week is exciting. We put a lot of care into every step of the process, and it's rewarding to know they're helping more families enjoy cleaner, better-tasting water every day.
