Two of our Alpine Notes close this Wednesday, July 1: the special-edition Traverse note at 9.00% APY* and our 3-Month note at 6.00% APY*. Both are short-duration, fixed-rate, and backed by EquityMultiple's first-loss protection.
The Fed held rates steady for the fourth straight meeting in June, and markets are now pricing little to no easing this year. Against that backdrop, Traverse's 9.00% APY sits more than 500 basis points above comparable-duration Treasuries, and the 3-Month note's 6.00% APY sits more than 200 basis points above the 3-month Treasury (near 3.75%).** That premium is structural - it comes from our first-loss protection and the underlying real estate, not a bet on the Fed's next move.
