It is important to note that your payment details and passwords were strictly not affected, as their integrity was not compromised by the incident. Indeed, this particular data remains encrypted and stored by your bank and our payment provider and can never be compromised.
The fraudulent intrusion was solely aimed at recovering contact details, which may include surnames, first names, email addresses and telephone numbers.
Technical actions were immediately implemented to quickly put an end to the intrusion and no action on your part is required today. The incident only affected our platform, your personal devices were not involved.

However, we would like to ask you to be very cautious about any suspicious email solicitations, as your data could be used for phishing purposes.
