This bill is our last hope: Last week, Representatives Andy Barr (R-KY) and Angie Craig (D-MN) introduced the Lawful Hemp Protection Act. It's bipartisan, and instead of banning the category it regulates it:
Federal labeling and packaging standards 21+ age verification, nationwide Restrictions on dangerous synthetic cannabinoids FDA oversight of hemp-derived consumables States keep the right to set stricter rules Interstate commerce protections
