Hi there,
Last week, you all sent letters to your representatives, and it worked.
At least for a few days…
The Senate funding bill included a temporary extension that keeps hemp products legal while Congress finishes writing real regulation.
Now Senator Ted Budd has announced an amendment to strip that extension out.
If it passes, the federal hemp ban is back on for November 12.

To be clear about what we're asking for: Nobody in this industry wants these products anywhere near kids. Age verification, rigorous third-party testing, real enforcement against bad actors.
We want all of it.
The extension is what gives Congress time to write those rules instead of skipping straight to a ban.
This one moves fast. Please send it today, then send this email to three people.
FOCL is still here. Still shipping. Still fighting.
Thank you, Ken Lawson Founder, FOCL
