What was once a fleeting harvest has grown into nearly two months of golden, juicy apricots and apriums thanks to years of thoughtful planting and a special partnership between Farmer Al and USDA Research Geneticist, Craig Ledbetter.
From the early-ripening Apache and sweet-tart Kettleman to the honey-sweet Goshen Gold, each variety ripens in sequence, bringing new flavors to the farm throughout the season.
Apricots have been treasured for thousands of years, and every spring and summer we’re reminded just how special and short-lived their season can be. We’re savoring every golden moment!✨
