The following is a progress update we previously distributed to our investors on March 26th, 2025 and are now making it available to prospective investors as a supplemental resource. We routinely provide progress updates similar to these to our investors to keep them up to date on asset performance and milestones in their portfolio.
I wanted to share an update on one of the assets in our portfolio. Sunset Village—our detached single-family rental community in Panama City, Florida—has transitioned from lease-up into a stable, cash-flowing phase. This is exactly the outcome we target when we acquire high-quality communities and pair them with disciplined operations.
Because we purchased Sunset Village fully constructed, we were able to bypass the development phase and focus on operations from day one. Our team moved quickly on leasing and resident experience, and their execution has been excellent.
What sets Sunset Village apart is its position as one of the few detached single-family rental communities in the area. Residents get the space and privacy of a home with the flexibility of renting, and the community’s thoughtful design and curb appeal help convert interest into long-term residency.
From a portfolio perspective, this transition strengthens our foundation of stabilized, income-producing assets—illustrating how smart acquisitions and strong execution translate into durable cash flow.
