This Mother’s Day, I find myself reflecting not only as the founder of Furtuna Skin, but as a mother, a daughter, and a woman continually shaped by the women around me. Motherhood takes so many forms; whether you are raising children, caring for others, honoring your own mother, or holding space as a guiding presence in someone’s life, it is a profound expression of love.
As a working mother of four, I understand the delicate balance of giving to others and remembering to care for yourself. I’ve always believed that caring for yourself is part of caring for the people you love, not separate from it.
