When is lunch ?
New research suggests timing may influence blood sugar

Hi there,
Like all of us, I spend quite a lot of time thinking about what I am going to eat.
Am I craving steak or a salad? Do I want something with rice or potatoes? Would a soup fill me up for lunch?
However, it's rare that I consider when to eat… I eat when I'm hungry (or more often than not, when I remember to eat because I got distracted by work).
But timing may matter more than we realize.
A recent study examined the benefits of 24-hour fasting and blood sugar control. Interestingly, the same fast produced different results depending on when it started.
In this study, starting the fast in the afternoon led to lower average glucose and a smaller post-meal spike than starting in the morning or evening.
Now, I am not suggesting everyone should start a 24-hour fast this afternoon.
If you have diabetes or take medication, fasting should be approached carefully and discussed with your doctor.
But I do think the bigger lesson is useful.
Blood sugar is not just about avoiding sugar.
It's about rhythm, routine, meal timing, sleep, movement, and giving your metabolism steady daily support.
If you don’t have a daily support supplement, I strongly recommend you look into Glucose Control.
It's a blood sugar support supplement that has been endorsed, recommended and shared by over 685 doctors.
“I really like how Glucose Control takes advantage of berberine, which is one of the most well-studied natural compounds related to blood sugar. In research on people with metabolic problems, such as type 2 diabetes, berberine has been tested as a way to help bring blood sugar levels closer to a normal range. It has seen some promising results, which gives me more confidence in products like Glucose Control. This particular supplement aims to support how the body interacts with sugar and may gradually help systems process sugar in a healthier way. This can make it a strong choice not only for short-term stability but also for ongoing metabolic support.”

So the more support you give your body, the easier it is to maintain health, blood sugar levels and wellbeing.
I wish you good health,
Oscar
