Having proved so successful when we tried it in a few of our bakeries last year, we’re delighted to have brought our beautiful Raspberry & Pistachio Bun to all our bakeries this summer.

Wonderfully light and not too sweet, this butter-laden brioche bun is filled with a bright green pistachio frangipane and a vanilla mascarpone cream, topped with white chocolate ganache and pistachio praline and finished with fresh raspberries.
