Terms & Conditions

・Official Release Date: Friday, June 26 at 5:00 PM EST.

・Orders will begin shipping sequentially after the official release date.

・Due to high order volume, fulfillment may take approximately 2–3 weeks from the release date.

・Pre-order items (STAR WARS Collection) must be purchased separately from regular items. Orders containing both pre-order and regular items may be subject to cancellation.

・We are unable to partially ship regular items separately from pre-order items or accommodate special shipping requests.

・Please note that orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing, reseller activity, or suspicious behavior is detected through our system. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from any account or individual identified in connection with such activity.

・Adding items to your cart does not guarantee your purchase. Orders are only confirmed upon successful checkout completion.

・Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications to order details, or shipping address changes. All charges processed at the time of checkout are non-refundable upon order confirmation.

・If you receive a defective item or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within fourteen 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

・All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items, except in the case of a defective item or an item different from what was ordered, as set out above.

・These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any pre-order transaction shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
