・We are unable to partially ship regular items separately from pre-order items or accommodate special shipping requests.

・Please note that orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing, reseller activity, or suspicious behavior is detected through our system. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from any account or individual identified in connection with such activity.

・Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications to order details, or shipping address changes. All charges processed at the time of checkout are non-refundable upon order confirmation.

・These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any pre-order transaction shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
