Consider your energy source If your cortisol levels need some TLC or you’re prone to jitters, try a non-caffeine, herbal alternative to coffee. Rhodiola, mucuna, and ginsengs are some of my go-tos.
Up your desk game If you live there all day, add some supports for perspective and peace. A pitcher for beverages, essential oil for focus, HRBLS gummies for calm, or a plant.
Prioritize rest. Improper rest makes us less efficient, more crave-y, and shortens our life! That’s why sleep is a non-negotiable for me.
Just move. Another non-negotiable! If moving daily truly isn’t an option, consider a standing desk, and double up on the days when you can get some movement in.
Look for enjoyment in work. Finding meaning in work can change our relationship to stress — so we experience just enough of it to push us to the next level, but not so much where it harms our health.
