We've been working the dock for years. We notice patterns most people wouldn't.

This week something stuck out: a year ago, almost to the day, the 12–14 oz tails were the single most-ordered item on the site. Not a promotion. Not a push. Just what people happened to want, all at once, in the first week of August.
