Can I try on the dresses before my event date?
YES, you will see 2 options at the checkout:
Option 1: FREE: Your dresses are delivered the week of your event. You try them on and we refund for the ones you don’t choose.
Option 2: ADVANCE TRY ON service £30 per order: You will receive the dresses ASAP to choose which one to have re-delivered free for the event.
Can I receive a refund if the dresses I order don't fit?
Yes, once the dresses have arrived back with us, we will process a refund for any dresses you haven't worn.
