Why your focus disappears at 2pm
What is actually happening in your brain.

Hey there,
Quick one from me.
I get asked all the time why focus seems to fall off a cliff around 2pm.
…The infamous 2pm crash or so they call it…
Most people blame the lunch they ate, or the second drink they had in the morning, or just "the afternoon slump."
All of that COULD be the case…
But there’s something else going on that’s WAY deeper..
…Down to your cells.
You see, your brain runs on a chemical called acetylcholine.
This is one of the main neurotransmitters your brain uses for focus, attention, and clear thinking.
Every single time you concentrate on something, your brain is burning through it.
It’s almost like its own sport but instead of your legs doing the running, it’s your brain.
And just like any other sport…
It’ll make you tired.
So by early afternoon your levels naturally drop, and then the fog comes.
This happens to everyone, and how they usually cope tends to be all wrong.
You don’t fix it with an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso.
It doesn’t help your brain make more acetylcholine.
It only just puts a bandage on it and sets you up for an even harder crash later.
I’m sure you know what I’m talking about there.
But here’s what actually helps:
There is an ingredient called Citicoline.
It is a precursor to acetylcholine, which means your body uses it to make more of the chemical your brain runs on.
Clinical research shows that Citicoline supplementation can help support brain health, focus, and attention.†
It’s why we built our Matcha Mind Gummies with Cognizin® Citicoline, the most studied form available.†
If you have been chalking up the afternoon fog to "just one of those things," there is a real reason for it.
And there is a real way to support it.
The gummies are over here.
