Hi , it’s Sarah.
If you’ve ever had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, what I’m about to say could change your life.
Yes, that’s a mighty big claim. But please just read the next few paragraphs and you can decide for yourself. 😊
Earlier this year, I was speaking with my friend Dr. Peter Bongiorno, a former NIH and Yale researcher who has helped patients with their sleep health for more than 20 years.
What he told me was genuinely surprising.
Dr. Bongiorno said: “For two decades, I’ve watched people get told their sleeplessness is just stress or aging. It almost never is.”
Wait — tossing and turning in bed at 2AM, body exhausted but mind racing, is not about being stressed or getting older?
Dr. Bongiorno explained that in his two decades of working with patients, sleep problems almost never begin in the brain.
They begin in the body, specifically the gut microbiome.
What’s more, Dr. Bongiorno went on to explain that in his experience, once you address this microbiome-sleep connection everything changes.
I was so intrigued by this idea when I first heard it that I asked Dr. Bongiorno if he’d be willing to share his research and sleep protocol with our community in a free training session.
Dr. Bongiorno graciously agreed.
That was back in January of this year. The live training with Dr. Bonbiorno was so popular that as soon as we announced it all the seats available were filled.
Since then, I’ve been trying to get Dr. Bongiorno back for another live training session.
And I’m thrilled to announce that not only will Dr. Bongiorno be back to explain how your gut bacteria could be keeping you up at night (and what to do about it)...
You don’t have long to wait!
We’ll be live this Wednesday, June 17th at 7PM ET / 4PM PT.
⇒ RSVP now for this free live training and Q&A with me, Sarah Otto, and Dr. Peter Bongiorno.
