Yes, absolutely. This training is completely free to attend.


It’s part of our mission at Goodness Lover to make sure no one feels unnecessarily sick simply because they don’t have access to the right information.


Dr. Bongiorno is passionate about sharing this research with as many people as possible, so there’s no credit card, no trial, and no catch.


Q: Will I already know this information?


Probably not.


This is definitely not another “sleep hygiene” talk about avoiding screens before bed.


Dr. Bongiorno will be sharing cutting-edge research on the gut-brain connection that most people, including many healthcare providers, haven’t heard about yet.


His insights come from years at prestigious institutions and decades of helping people who thought they’d tried everything.


Q: Will this work if I’ve tried everything else?


Dr. Bongiorno looks at sleep challenges from a completely different angle: the gut-brain connection.


Many people find that once they address this root cause, other solutions they’ve tried start working better, too.
