It somehow feels like the holidays are already upon us, which is hard to believe but so exciting! I confess I am heavily into planning and find myself a good three quarters of the way through holiday shopping (filmed something on this with my pal Cameron Diaz this week) and planning my Thanksgiving menu. I always go back to this turkey recipe—it is perfect every time—and I am going to try my first paleo pumpkin pie by my girl crush Danielle Walker. Regenerative farming is the way forward for all agriculture. Businesses like Grass Roots Farmers’ Co-op and Force of Nature carefully source sustainably raised, pasture-fed, non-GMO, antibiotic-free, etc. meat. So if you are a meat eater, that is the way to go in my opinion (I get my turkey from a local farm).
