We are writing to let you know that Hallmark eCards will no longer be in service as of April 30, 2021. 

We are very grateful for your patronage; it has been our privilege to support you in strengthening your relationships through the use of eCards.  Hallmark has always been and will continue to be about building relationships; we remain committed to providing all our customers with a superior experience while striving to deliver creative and inspired products that delight, encourage, congratulate or support both the sender and the recipient. As such, please visit us at Hallmark.com or one of our Hallmark Gold Crown stores to allow us to help with all of your future greeting card needs.

If you are not a member of the Hallmark Crown Rewards loyalty program, we invite you to join us. Doing so enables us to share with you exclusive benefits and savings, starting with the member exclusive offer below.

What is happening to my subscription?

The automatic renewal for all subscriptions to Hallmark eCards will be turned off, starting 3/30/2021.

How long will I have access to my account?

You will have access to your account until your subscription expires or until 4/30/2021 - whichever occurs first.

What is the last day I can send eCards?

You can send eCards until your subscription ends or until 4/30/2021 - whichever occurs first.

What if my subscription is scheduled to end after 4/30/2021?

If you have time left on your subscription after 4/30/2021, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund for the remaining time. If you are due a refund, we will reach out with refund details at the end of March.
