¹You will earn 3% per $1 spent on Net Purchases (Purchases minus credits and returns) at Harley‑Davidson^® dealers, h-d.com, the H-D® Museum, Factory Tours, and gas stations. You will earn 2% per $1 spent on Net Purchases at restaurants, bars and lodging, and 1% per $1 spent for all other eligible Net Purchases. For the Harley‑Davidson H.O.G. Elite Visa Signature card, you will earn 5% per $1 spent of Net Purchases at Harley‑Davidson dealers and at gas stations, 2% per $1 spent on Net Purchases at restaurants, bars and lodging and 1% per $1 spent on Net Purchases for all other purchases on your Harley-Davidson ® Visa Account. Each merchant’s business is identified by a category code established by Visa. We do not determine the category codes applied to merchants’ businesses and reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for additional points. Not all transactions are considered to be Purchases and eligible to earn rewards, such as transactions posting as Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Advances (including ATM withdrawals, wire transfers, traveler's checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, and lottery tickets); interest charges and fees; credit insurance premiums; and transactions to (i) fund certain prepaid card products, (ii) buy currency from the U.S. Mint, or (iii) buy cash convertible items. Account must be open and in good standing (not over limit or past due) to earn and receive the bonus points. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your points to be credited to your account. Harley‑Davidson^® Genuine Rewards points are good for three years following the date they are awarded to your account, expiring on December 31, at 11:00 p.m. CT of the expiration year.

²Spend $500 in eligible net purchases (net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns) within the first 90 days of account opening and 10,000 Genuine Rewards points will be credited to your account 6‑8 weeks after the 90‑day period. The 10,000 Genuine Rewards points can be redeemed for a $100 H‑D Gift Card. Your Harley‑Davidson^® Visa^® Account must be open and in good standing to earn and redeem rewards and benefits.

³To earn and be awarded points for miles ridden, the Primary H‑D™ Visa Signature^® or H‑D™ H.O.G.™ Elite Visa Signature^® cardmember must have an account that is open and in good standing and be an active U.S. H.O.G. member (“Qualifying Cardmember”). After becoming a Qualifying Cardmember, an odometer reading must be recorded at a participating H‑D^® dealership or by an alternate Harley‑Davidson authorized recording method. H‑D Visa Signature cardmembers earn 1 point for each mile ridden. H‑D H.O.G. Elite Visa Signature cardmembers earn 2 points for each mile ridden. Cardmembers can earn up to 50,000 points per calendar year and will be awarded 12 weeks following each subsequent odometer reading, unless further veriﬁcation is requested for award. You may stop payment on a Balance Transfer Check(s) within 10 days of account opening by calling (800-699-2281). After 10 days from account opening, requests to stop payment on a Balance Transfer Check(s) issued by U.S. Bank shall not be honored unless the check(s) has been stolen, lost, or destroyed.
