Limitless Daily: 366 Keys to Train Your Brain, Master Your Mind & Win Every Day
Hi Friend,

What if the first few minutes of your day could change the direction of the next year of your life?

Before you give your attention to your phone, your inbox, or everyone else’s priorities, you have a moment to choose what you want to put into your mind—and who you want to be.

Jim Kwik calls this “Mind Before Media”: giving your mind something meaningful before the notifications and noise begin.

That idea is at the heart of Jim’s new book, Limitless Daily: 366 Keys to Train Your Brain, Master Your Mind & Win Every Day, available today.
Lasting transformation rarely comes from one dramatic breakthrough. More often, it begins with a new thought, a small choice, or a habit you practice consistently until it becomes part of who you are.

Each daily entry takes just a few minutes and gives you:
  • An idea to open your mind
  • Science-backed insight to help you understand why it works
  • A practical action to try that day
  • An affirmation to reinforce who you’re becoming
Over time, these daily practices can help you strengthen your focus, challenge limiting beliefs, build better habits, and make more intentional decisions.

Because what you consistently focus on shapes what you think about. What you think about influences the decisions you make, and those decisions become the habits that shape who you become.

So when you face a challenge, instead of asking, “What should I do?” Jim encourages you to ask, “Who do I need to be?” That simple shift can change the way you show up.
Jim originally began writing these short morning messages for his children—lessons he hoped would guide them through difficult days and remind them of who they are. Limitless Daily grew from that same intention: to give all of us something we can return to when we need clarity, encouragement, or a fresh start.
Don’t Avoid Mistakes; Learn From Them
We all know the saying, “If we don’t learn from our mistakes, we’re doomed to repeat them.” Here’s another, harder truth. We don’t make a mistake twice. We hire the same people, market the same way, and get into the same arguments with our significant others. The second time is a choice.

The key is learning from your missteps so you can move forward. That’s where the “Six Ps” come in.

1. PREPARE. Identify skills, resources, or tools that will prevent you from repeating the error. This activates your prefrontal cortex, which supports self-control, decision-making, and rational thought.
2. PROGRESS. You can’t manage something unless you can measure it. Chart your progress and celebrate it. Small wins release dopamine, reinforcing learning and teaching your brain to stop fearing mistakes.
3. PATTERNS. Remember past mistakes and past solutions. Identify similarities to your current situation, and how you might solve it this time. Also look for recurring patterns and themes throughout your life, like needing better focus, fewer distractions, or more organization.
4. PREVENTION. Write what you think went wrong, a goal, or what you want to do in the future. If you missed a deadline, what can you do differently next time? Maybe you use memory aids like Post-It notes on your computer or reminders in your calendar.
5. PURPOSE. Create a list of reasons why you don’t want to repeat a mistake. This taps into your purpose, making it less likely you’ll fall into the same behavior again.
6. PLAN. Make a detailed plan for how you intend to avoid the mistake. Yet remain flexible, recognizing plans may change.
The people who achieve the most aren’t the ones who avoid mistakes. They’re the ones who learn the fastest from them.

KWIK STEP: What is one mistake you’ve been repeating? Choose one of the “Six Ps” (maybe the one that you resist the most?), and use it to help intentionally break the pattern.

AFFIRMATION: “I face my mistakes so I may learn from them. I am limitless.”
A year from now, you’ll have lived 366 more days either way. Limitless Daily can help you make those days count—one morning, one key, and one choice at a time.
