Dear Friend,

Lately, artificial intelligence has been coming up in many of the conversations I’m having, both at Hay House and in my personal life.

It's changing the way people do their jobs, find information, create content, and run businesses, and it's happening incredibly fast.

Most of us are pretty comfortable with change when we choose it. It's the unexpected changes that are harder.

I know that's true for me. AI is one of those changes that seems to have arrived almost overnight, and suddenly it's everywhere.

Here at Hay House, we're having to rethink many of the ways we approach publishing because of AI and other advances in technology. Some of these changes are exciting. Others are uncomfortable, confusing, and difficult to predict.

In moments like this, I often think back to something Wayne Dyer used to say: "You can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it."

Over the years, I've come to think of that as a reminder to step back, look at a situation from a different perspective, and take the time to decide how I want to respond.

That's especially important during times like these, when change seems to be happening faster than any of us expected.

It's also the approach we've tried to take whenever Hay House has been faced with new ideas or new technology.

When we started Hay House Radio, plenty of people thought we were crazy. It was new territory, and there was no guarantee it would work. But it gave our authors another way to reach people, and eventually it became an important part of how we shared their messages with the world.

Experiences like that have reminded me that every new idea deserves thoughtful consideration. Some become an important part of what we do. Others don't.

AI may help with certain parts of the publishing process, but one thing that will never change at Hay House is where our wisdom comes from. Our authors draw from their lived experiences, years of learning and personal growth, and a deep commitment to sharing what they've discovered with others.

I've found the same approach can be just as helpful in my personal life. We don't always get to choose the changes that come our way, but we can choose how we respond to them.

None of us knows exactly how every change will affect our lives. But staying curious, holding on to my values, and taking the time to think things through usually leads me in the right direction.

I hope it does the same for you.

Have a great week.

Wishing You the Best,
Reid Tracy
