As a samll business, we’ve always hoped to offer products that feel safer and more thoughtful for everyday families. But over the years, we’ve also realised that it’s impossible to do everything perfectly.
For a period of time, Hello Charlie tried to expand into as many categories as possible — from baby bibs through to household skincare and lifestyle products. However, we gradually found that we simply couldn’t give every category the level of care, research, and attention we wanted to.
Because of this, we’ve decided to slowly shift our focus back towards baby, children, and family essentials. As part of this transition, we’ve also refreshed and simplified parts of our website to make the experience feel cleaner and more comfortable to use.
With every new chapter also comes a few goodbyes. Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice that some brands and collections will gradually be discontinued once sold out. This week we want to hightlight the following brands

We’ve always loved Hevea’s natural and thoughtfully designed products — especially their iconic one-piece natural rubber dummies, bottles, and bath mats.
After more than six months of preparation, we’re excited to share that Hello Charlie is now the authorised retailer and wholesaler for Hevea in Australia.
