and/or Snap2Finish websites!

This email contains important information you need to know about our websites!

As a reminder, in February we launched our new digital photo product platform called YPhoto. This website is a replacement for both Heritage Makers (HM) and Snap2Finish (S2F). We announced during our YPhoto launch that we’re working to keep HM and S2F functioning for SIX MONTHS after our launch of the new platform. We anticipate that HM and S2F will be able to be used until July 31, 2023. After that, those sites will be permanently shut down, and we will not be able to access any of your existing content.

Below is some useful information to help you transition to the new YPhoto website.

·     If you have projects in progress on HM and S2F, you can still finish them until the sites shut down. We encourage you to finish them sooner vs. later, as the work-around we currently have for the Flash issues with HM is really only a band-aid. This is one of the key reasons we needed to create a new platform for our photo digital products.

·    You can still use your publishing points (if you have any) at HM and S2F, and you can also transfer them and use them at YPhoto. However, you cannot transfer them back and forth between the sites multiple times, so once you move them to YPhoto, they will remain there. For that reason, we recommend finishing projects and using your publishing points before moving them to YPhoto. Once HM and S2F are shut down, your publishing points will automatically transfer to YPhoto for your use there. If you buy additional points, they will be added to your HM account and can be used in HM or S2F or you will be asked if you’d like to transfer them to YPhoto, the next time you log into YPhoto.

·   YPhoto is not a photo storage site. While it does store the images you’re using in projects, it does not have general photo storage functionality. If you want to get a download of your images from HM, click here for information on how to do that. To download your photos from S2F, click here for information.

·    Your projects cannot move over to YPhoto as they are. However, you may request a pdf of any ordered book projects from HM and S2F. This will give you a way to recreate those projects in YPhoto, should you want another copy of them. Click here for information on requesting PDFs.

·    To log in to YPhoto, you’ll need your Youngevity ID and password. For HM users, you can see your Youngevity ID on your Main Account page in HM. You’ll use the same password as you do to log into HM. For S2F, you’ll use the same ID and password to log in. There is no need to create a new account. And if you have any problems logging in, please email customer service at [email protected].

·    Once Heritage Makers and Snap2Finish sites are shut down, there is no possibility of accessing anything from those sites. For that reason, we encourage you to wrap up projects, re-order projects, and get any image and project downloads completed as soon as possible.

For our Distributors, if you have a paid for a custom domain through a site outside of Youngevity, you will need to change it from HM to YPhoto. For personal URLs created through Youngevity, you will now update your URL through Youngevity.com. The link that you would have normally updated your personal URL through on Heritage Makers will no longer be available.

Additionally, if you have contacts in your account, you’ll need to download them, or make sure you have them saved in some other way. We will not be able to retrieve these once HM is shut down.

YPhoto is a fantastic new website that we’re excited for you to try!

We’re adding new templates and artwork regularly, and we’re also bringing in your favorite artwork from HM. The functionality of our new editor is great—it’s easy to learn and has new bells and whistles that we don’t offer on HM or S2F. We’re dedicated to the digital photo platform and thrilled that we’re able to offer the same great products at the same prices—with more new ones being added!
