July was a big month for the science. And an even bigger one for what you'll experience when you choose Hertility.
We've been quietly building behind the scenes, and this month we finally got to share some of it with you.
New products. A redesigned report. Two published papers. A conference. An award. And a number that puts into sharp relief exactly why this work matters.
Here's what happened.
We didn't guess. We listened.
We've redesigned how you choose your test. Get insight shaped by what you told us: the hormones we suggest, the reasons why, patterns from women like you. All before you spend anything.
And because no single path fits everyone, you can start wherever suits you:
Hormone and Symptom Consultation |
Discuss your symptoms and goals before committing to a test. |
Hormone and Fertility Test |
Clinical-grade report for those confident navigating their results. |
Advanced Hormone and Fertility Test |
Diagnostic results with a 1-on-1 Specialist Nurse walkthrough. |
Advanced Hormone and Fertility Screen |
A complete check of both physical structure and hormone health. |
Not sure which is right for you? Complete your Online Health Assessment and we'll point you in the right direction. |

Meet the redesigned Hertility report 📊 |
Same science. Completely reimagined.
When we asked our community what they wanted from their results, three questions kept coming back.
Am I in range? What does this mean for me? What should I do next?
So we worked to make the answers clearer. Your Guided Summary puts the most important findings first. Your AMH comparison shows where your results sit against women of a similar age. And every hormone result is explained in full, including any links to symptoms you've already told us about.
Built from science. Shaped by women. Made for you.

We were in the room at ESHRE 🔬 |
Hertility was proud to be part of the conversation.
Zoya Ali, Hertility’s Senior Scientific Research Associate, delivered a talk on the responsible use of AMH testing and presented how at-home testing removes real barriers to fertility care. Dr Sughashini Murugesu shared findings from one of the largest real world datasets on ovarian reserve and pregnancy loss history.
Beyond our own research: the proposed move from PCOS to PMOS dominated conversation, new adenomyosis research offered a biological explanation for prolonged bleeding, and large-scale cohort data made the case - again - that endometriosis is a whole-body condition.
The conference's biggest takeaway wasn't a technology breakthrough. It was this: connection is still the missing piece. The future of fertility care is hybrid, coordinated, and patient-first.
It's exactly the future we're working towards.

(That's not even our day job) |
Hertility has been named 3rd place in the Medical Imaging category at Nebius's 2026 AI Discovery Awards.
We're a healthcare company first. But when the right technology doesn't exist, we build it ourselves. That's exactly what led to Gyn-AI Intelligence. Being recognised alongside leaders in medical AI is something we're incredibly proud of.

Free webinar: Decoding Your Pelvic Pain 🗓 |
Pelvic pain and painful sex are common. They are not normal. And they are not something you have to just live with.
On Wednesday 5th August at 5pm BST, Sam Rule, Physiotherapist and Women's Health Specialist at Ten Health, and Tessa Begley, Psychosexual Counsellor at Hertility, are hosting a free evidence-based webinar covering:
- What causes pain during sex, including vaginismus and pelvic tension
- How to recognise signs of pelvic dysfunction and why so many women's symptoms go missed
- How pelvic floor awareness, breath and physical therapy can support recovery
- Practical, evidence-based next steps, from physiotherapy to testing
If you've been told it's normal, it isn't. Come and find out why. |
🗓 Wed 5th August | 🕒 5pm BST | 📍 Online |

Two papers published. Both matter. 📄
Redefining testosterone reference ranges for adult females |
Published in the Journal of Endocrinological Investigation, the largest analysis of female testosterone levels ever conducted.
Using 5,323 women from our dataset, it shows testosterone declines roughly 1.4% per year across adult life.
Most UK laboratories still use reference ranges based on just 149 women. This study helps change that, creating more accurate reference ranges that better reflect women today.
Thyroid hormones: finger-prick vs venous blood draw |
Published in the Journal of Patient Centricity, this confirms that TSH and FT4 can be reliably measured from an at-home finger-prick, with accuracy well within internationally recognised clinical limits.
More evidence that at-home testing can meet the highest clinical standards.

1 in 31 babies born in the UK last year was conceived through IVF. Two decades ago, that figure was 1 in 65.
IVF is no longer a last resort for a small number of people. It's part of how families across the UK are built. And yet access has shrunk, NHS-funded cycles fell from 35% in 2019 to 28% in 2024.
Understanding your fertility earlier means more choices, more time, and less pressure when it matters most.
