⦿ 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk, room temperature

⦿ 5 tbsp (72 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

⦿ 3 ¾ cups (450 g) all-purpose flour

⦿ 9 tbsp (135 g) unsalted butter, very soft

⦿ ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp (180 g) brown sugar, packed

⦿ 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

⦿ ½ tsp kosher salt

⦿ 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds, seeds removed, then cut into half-moons

⦿ ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

⦿ ½ cup (120 ml) water

⦿ 5 oz (140 g) cream cheese, softened

⦿ 3 tbsp (40 g) unsalted butter, softened

⦿ 1 cup (115 g) icing sugar, sifted

⦿ Zest of 1 orange

⦿ 2 tbsp fresh orange juice, plus more as needed
