Our Fort William Visitor Centre is more than a shop - it's where everything begins.

Set between the River Lochy and the ruins of Old Inverlochy Castle, with views over Ben Nevis, it's the place where our products are made by hand, every day. If you're ever in the Highlands, it's well worth a visit.

Come and see how our products are made. Browse the full Highland Soap Co. range, sample hand washes at our testing sink, and peek into the workshop through the viewing window to watch the process in action.

Alongside our own range, the shop carries a curated selection of Scottish-made gifts and homeware - the kind of things you won't find anywhere else. 

Come for the skincare, stay for the coffee.

Our Larder Café is a favourite among locals and visitors alike, serving seasonal dishes, barista-made coffee and home baking - with many ingredients picked straight from our garden. Whether it's brunch after a morning walk or a leisurely lunch with a view, it's a good reason to stay a little longer.

Did you know we run soap making workshops?
Hands-on and guided by our team, they're a popular way to spend a couple of hours - and you leave with something you've made yourself. A good option for a solo visit, a day out with friends, or something a little different for the family.

As well as the Visitor Centre, you'll find us at our shop on Fort William's High Street and stocked in gift shops and farm shops across the UK. So even if you're not heading to Ben Nevis, we might be closer than you think.
