Why I would choose Hitch Fit over other programs or going it alone:
1-The weekly communication with the trainer provides a great sense of accountability.
2-I was able to ask questions and get advice.
3-The program was modifiable (for example, after joining a gym half way through my transformation, Diana sent over a new workout routine, and she didn’t even charge me!).
4-The program is custom. Diana took into account my prior injuries (bulging discs) and adjusted the routine so that I still got results without reinjuring myself.
5-Diana actually believed me when I said I have bad wrists and can’t put pressure on them (i.e. doing pushups). I see the young bootcamp trainer at my gym having groups of people doing things that look like it will injure them. If they say it hurts he belittles them. It’s not like that with this program. It feels good to be believed and have a program customized to work around those injuries.
6-You get this program for life. You can go back and refer to the program whenever you want.
7-The Facebook forum is awesome. The community members are all in the same boat you’re in, or have been. There’s always great advice and great motivation. Plus it’s interesting to see where everyone is logging in from around the world.
8-Diana and Micah are actually really cool, nice people, and so inspiring!
