It's Insomnia Awareness Month and we wanted to talk about something that far too many people experience.

Insomnia can be frustrating because the harder you try to sleep, the less interesting sleep seems to be.

And while there is no magic solution, one thing we've learned after decades in the sleep industry is that better sleep often comes from improving the things you can control.

Your sleep environment.
Your bedtime habits.
Your mattress.
Your pillow.

Sometimes the goal is simply to remove as many obstacles as possible and give your body the best chance to relax.
