The Weekly Brief

Yves on the Freedom to Stay Undefined

Reshaping K-Pop: Two years and four EPs into her solo era, Yves is calling the shots, both in her sound and her ability to remain undefined. While the K-pop machine runs rife with allegations of overworked idols and constant roster changes, the former LOONA member and current genre-fluid artist has reclaimed autonomy over her career.

🔮 On Her Destiny: “Honestly, I didn’t doubt myself much. From a young age I knew very clearly what I loved and what made me happy, so I just wanted to learn to sing and dance as fast as I could,” she says.

Rico Nasty Is Officially a Gucci Girl

📸 The "Primavera" Campaign: Rico Nasty has always been a Gucci girl at heart, but now it’s official. Attending Demna’s debut last season, the American rapper and singer has since taken her relationship with the brand to the next level, appearing in the brand new “Primavera” campaign.

👠 Expression Through Fashion: "I’ve worn so many things throughout my career. And I think the main thing that’s been consistent is the expression of it. Like it or love it. I’ve always worn whatever I thought looked the coolest."

adidas and JENNIE Teased an Upcoming Collaboration

🚀 Levelling Up The Linkup: Global pop icon and street style muse JENNIE is officially leveling up her partnership with adidas, teasing a highly-anticipated collaborative collection that merges classic sportswear with her signature style.

👀 What We Can Expect: The line was teased in a short video, featuring the pop star dancing in stirrup socks, micro shorts and one of adidas’ classic track jackets. There isn’t much to go off of, but the collection is clearly leaning into fashion’s current obsession with dance and ballerina-off-duty looks.

💰 When Can You Get It? The new JENNIE x adidas Originals collection is set to launch globally on September 1.
