I just wanted to give you all a quick update on how things are going on my end as we inch closer to finishing production. 

Survey Send Out This Week

I know some of you have been waiting on that finalized survey, so don't worry; it'll get to you this week. The delay is because I had to coordinate a few things between the production team and CrowdOx. One of the most significant changes is that I'm not excited enough about the final tank tops to be okay with releasing it, so we have to take those tank tops out of the survey.
As you know, I'm obsessed with quality, and I can't ever release something that I don't think is the best that I can do, and right now, the tank top isn't ready yet. So, rather than making everyone wait for it, I'm having CrowdOx take those out of the final survey, and I'm happy to refund you if you wanted the tank top. 

The second major change is that our production partners complained that there aren't enough orders for women cut for them to do a bulk production. I tried to convince them to make an exception this time, but they didn't budge. The typical amount for a bulk order is around 1000+ shirts, but sadly, we only got 100 shirt orders in women's styles. Luckily, we have enough orders to justify a bulk production for guys, so guy's cuts will still be available during the final check out.

Moving on

My new favorite underwear

Without a doubt, the Kribi will become my new favorite underwear. I received the final pre-production samples that were almost perfect. Now, I can't stand almost perfect, so I made a few last-minute changes. These changes delayed the production a bit, but I believe they are worth it because they will make the Kribi perfect.

One of the changes was that the waistband was too tall. When I originally designed the Kribi, I weighed 40 pounds less and had washboard abs like the pink starfish above, but then Covid-19 hit, and I gained weight and a slight belly. This slight belly and the waistband haven't been friends, and the stomach constantly pushes the band to fold. I couldn't let that annoying problem pass, so I had to adjust the waistband for my fellow dudes who have bellies. Aside from the waistband problem, the Kribi is perfect. It's soft, it's comfortable, and it fits well. Overall, I'm pleased with how it turned out. 

The ladies Kribi, according to my SO/GF, is very nice too. She tried it on and said it's soft (obviously), and it feels like something she could wear for long trips.

Waistband bottleneck

Production is moving along slowly but surely. The waistband is the only thing slowing us down now. The materials are done, the packaging is ready to go, and everything else is prepared for shipment. They're just waiting for the waistbands to come in because a different factory makes that part of the underwear. Thankfully, we expected some delays with the band, so we added time into our timeline, and so we're still looking at shipping happening the first half of December. As soon as those new waistbands come in, then the rest will be quick. 

New Add-Ons

1) Mask: The mask will have the option for black, gray, and burgundy. You can also add on extra mask filters. 

2) Anti-Acne and Beauty Pillowcase: I recently made an anti-acne pillowcase, so you'll be able to get those too if you'd like one. For now, they only come in white. 

3) Express Shipping: I know some people would rather have their orders sooner than later, so I've added the option for express shipping. Express shipping is around 1-3 days delivery time once shipped, and the standard is 6-40+ days once shipped. Of course, these timelines depend on where you live.

FAQ

1) Will I be able to buy more Kribi after I get mine and try it out? Yes and no. I hate inventory and since most of our orders are for size S-XL, we're not planning on producing a lot of extras outside of those sizes. So, if you'd like to make sure you have the right size, then now is the time. 

2) Can the kribi be washed in the laundry machine? Yes and no. You can wash it in a washer, but it's best to air dry it just like our shirts. The one thing that's most important is to remember to NEVER EVER EVER use fabric softener with the Kribi, because if you do, I'll haunt your dreams. 

3) Will the discounted price be available on the hercleon website? Probably not; we're working on adding a feature that gives discounts for doing a bundle, but I'm not sure if it'll work.

4) Will you have the radiation blocking option available after this? Probably not; it's so expensive to make radiation blocking underwear and it requires a lot of time and metals, so we're probably not going to make many extras. 

5) Will you ever make the tank top? Yes, I'll keep working on the tank top design and probably release it when I release the HercLeon gym gear collection. I just want to make sure the design is perfect and I don't want to rush it right now.

Personal Update

As always, here's what's new with me:

1) Turned 27 last week: I'm getting old, folks... My youth is quickly diminishing into the past as I near 30. I don't care for birthdays, so my birthday was spent doing emails, and then my grandparents made me a magnificent key lime pie (I love key lime pie), so I ended my night at their house. It's truly a gift to have grandparents who know how to make an excellent key lime pie; I'm sorry to the people living on this planet without perfect key lime pie in their lives.

2) Dropping the weight (again): As you know, I've been on the road back to 200 lbs for a few months now. This road is bumpy and includes a few returns to the start, but I can't give up on my health no matter what happens. This week is my fasting week; usually, fasting for five days takes off 12ish pounds from my weight. If I continue with keto, then the rapid weight loss continues. So I plan to fast until Friday (or Sunday), then continue with keto, and by Christmas, I'll be 200 lbs again. Then I'll proceed to drink my weight in eggnog while watching Christmas movies and eating cookies. It'll be indeed an incredible return journey back to 240. 

3) Excited about menopause: Okay, I know that sounds weird, but I'm super excited about the menopause bed sheets I'm going to release in a few days. Since learning about how horrible menopause can be, I've been obsessed with creating the perfect bed sheets for people going through it. Recently, the new bed sheet I made with a new material I invented got delivered, and it's been pretty amazing. It's hyper-thermoregulating, very breathable, and super soft. I believe and hope these new sheets will make going to sleep during menopause not as bad. Based on the comments I've received from the people on the waiting list, they've been praying for something to help, so I'm excited to be the person who is creating that solution.
