Hello PicoPC backers,

We've just shipped out most of our latest batch.

If your order was shipped out in this batch, you should have received a tracking email from Pledgebox. Please search your spam/junk folders and mark as "not spam" if pledgebox emails are not going into your inboxes.

You can track your orders using https://17track.net  In the USA, you can use USPS.com.

We've emailed several people to go and pick up their packages (sent from [email protected]) email.

If you still don't see tracking in Pledgebox, or haven't received shipping notifcation, then your order is still in queue. We will resume shipping of the next batch in 8-12 days once the units are ready.

Last month, many people bought the small carry case. If you still want the small carry case, then email us and ask us to add it to your survey. 

You can email us at: [email protected] with email subject "Add EVA-S case to order" and we will update your survey and send you the link to checkout.

Alternately, you can purcase it separately on IGG, then we'll manually add it for you: EVA-S Case Perk

Note: This price is only for adding it on to an order that hasn't shipped. If shipping the case, alone, then shipping costs more. If you already received your order but, want a case or other accessories, please email us and we can create a secret perk for you.

We also uploaded more accessories to our Pledgebox survey.

Again, if you don't want the case, it's okay. We will have regular retail packaging as well.

What if I don't see the email yet?

Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeBox"

If that doesn't work:

1. Click - https://survey.pledgebox.com/retrieve/101519/picopc-tiny-desktop-pc-win10-linux-4k-computer

2. Click "Request New Invite"

3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)

4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies

There's something wrong with my pledge!

That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, you can send us a message directly to [email protected] and we'll look at it for you.

What if I need to change my address?

Email us at [email protected] with email subject "Update Address" and will help you with that.

Windows Activation

If you didn't purchase a license key, then you may want to. You can purchase a license on this link: Purchase License

If you already purchased it, but didn't it, check on the "X" sticker that is in your PicoPC box. Your key should be affixed to the X sticker. If it isn't on your sticker, then you probably haven't purchased it yet; Please check your survey as it was an add-on there. Email us if you have any questions regarding this ([email protected] )

Extra SSD with OS installed.

We only have a few more 512gb and 1tb SSDs. Order now if you'd like a back-up for later.

If you'd like to buy a new SSD drive with the Pantera win10pro Operating system installed, then you can do so here:

Note: these SSD only have operating system, the license key is not included. We can add the key add-on in your backer survey later.

We've shipped out the 256gb and 512gb SSDs and emailed tracking.

PowerStations: 

We should have a confirmation on shipping solution by early next month. 

We are close to a solution for shipping to US/ EU. Please email [email protected] with email subject "PowerStation confirmation" and provide us with your Pledgebox ID, shipping address and phone number and we'll try to have these processed by the end of this month. Again, we only have a potential shipping solution for US/EU orders.  

Around 15 people have emaild us power station confirmations so far.

We should be caught on emails today, but after this update, we'll be replying to all emails by Friday.
