We wanted to follow up on yesterday's update about the damages we have found in the White Sand Omnibus Slipcase Editions.  While we described the problems, now that we've had forward-moving discussions with the printer, we believe you are owed seeing some of the damages, so we wanted to also show you some of the issues. And you'll see why we had to not only open every copy but also look through the pages carefully.  These are the most common errors, and some books had miscuts which eventually happen on books this large, but usually, that is a small number, and this is not a small number.  But even those that just have these folds could not be shipped to you, the fans who supported this whether signed or unsigned.

I'm sure everyone will agree that with 75% of the books having this sort of miscut error we really had no choice but to proceed with discussing with the printer replacing the books.  The quality of this edition must be perfect.  And we just could not accept these production errors to make it out to all of Brandon's awesome fans that backed this project.
