Hey hey hey hey Narseholers!! Below I've got shipping updates and a few tips that will help the install.
Shipping - We used a company called EasyShip that was recommended for indiegogo. Long story short we now refer to them as HardShip. Few things to note - they didn't send out tracking emails, and international was a bit of a poop show.
Good news - Pretty much everyone that filled out their survey, was shipped and has arrived. These are the orders that shipped out direct from Japan. Everyone that didn't have their survey filled out in time will ship next week from North Carolina. If you have any questions please shoot me an email at [email protected] and please include that you're from IG, so I can find your order quickly! The message and comment section on IG doesn't give me good notifications and they're getting missed.
Okay, here come the tips! If you look over them and the video, you'll have little to no surprise and save time on the backside!
Install Tips
1. Leaking - if you use plumbers tape (included), put the black rubber gasket peice (pictured below) in the right way, and tighten all the pieces with a little elbow greace, then it will not leak! I've gotten backers sending me videos and pics of it leaking and my response has been to tighten it...and it's worked every time!
Plumbers tape - wrap clockwise around the metal threading two times before starting install.
2. Attaching/placing Narsehole on your toilet - The circle pieces move so you can spin and pick out your placement. I suggest having the nozzle be about a 1/4" from the back of the toilet.
3. Pre attaching pieces - since your in a weird position when installing...it makes it a million times easier if you put the plumbers tape on and pre connect the peices before attaching. Leave the Narsehole not attached and do that one last and when everything's in place. I've got a picture below of how it should work.
4. My seat isn't laying flat once the Narsehole's attached - With the wide variety of seats, this happens from time to time, but it's an easy fix. Here's a link for spacers. I've also heard good feedback from people adding plastic washers where bolts are to raise it up at the back.

Plastic seats - these tend to not be flat on the bottom, so the washers won't work. And they tend to slope in, so the seat sticks up. There's not a easy fix here. You'll need a new hard seat.
