New Denim - 14oz Cotton/Linen Type II & 10oz Neppy Selvedge Coach Jackets

Following spring/summer flannel fever earlier in the week, it’s now time for this season’s lineup of jackets to take the spotlight — with the latest additions introducing a range of classic cuts in distinctive new fabrics.

First up is our SS26 take on the Type II, made from 14oz cotton/linen-blend denim. Like the original 1950s Levi’s design, our interpretation offers a roomier fit and boxier silhouette than its successor, the Type III. This more relaxed shape is accentuated here by the fabric itself, woven using an indigo-dyed cotton warp yarn and a 100% linen weft. The result is a denim that feels softer, drapier, and more breathable than traditional weaves, with a characterful neppy texture created by the linen fibres.

Paired with the classic Type II silhouette — complete with traditional knife pleats and a buckled rear cinch — this is a denim jacket that feels substantial but less structured, offering easy-wearing vintage vibes for your casual summer fits.

Adding another new fabric to the Spring/Summer ’26 lineup, our coach jacket is now available in 10oz neppy selvedge denim.

While this style would traditionally be made from nylon for weatherproofing, this reimagining flips the script, pairing the retro sportswear silhouette with a heavily nepped 1950s-style denim. To produce the fabric, we’ve combined an indigo rope-dyed warp yarn with a light blue weft to create a lighter overall shade of indigo, while the use of a neppy warp yarn introduces texture and character — with prominent surface neps adding to the fabric’s vintage allure.

As for the cut itself, you can think of the coach jacket as a zipperless version of our windbreaker, designed with a deliberately oversized fit to allow for layering. This model is finished with copper snap fastenings and knitted cuffs, but don’t forget that it’s not the only option in this season’s collection. Last, but by no means least, Drizzler jackets are back for spring/summer '26. Drawing on two iconic sportswear jackets — the McGregor Drizzler and the Baracuta G9 — this design merges elements from both, featuring a dual-button “dog-ear” collar, a two-way zipper, and a partially elasticated hem for a tanker-style blouson fit.

The first models to drop introduce a new 6.2oz serge fabric — lightweight, tough, and woven from sulphur-dyed cotton yarns to allow for natural fading with wear. Available in olive or black, each jacket is finished with an intricate chainstitch-embroidered chest logo — hinting at the sporting heritage behind the style — creating a versatile summer layering piece with timeless Harrington-inspired styling.
