Within 14 days of receiving your first box, if you let us know you would like to return the remaining weeks of meals, we will organise a collection. Once your box has arrived back with us, we will refund the full cost of your box minus any associated collection charges, and cancel your ongoing subscription. We will accept the box if no more than 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners and 5 snacks have been consumed, and the rest of the meals are in good condition. Only applicable on our subscription weight loss plans.
