Harness your technical and strategic expertise to shape innovative client solutions and bridge product capabilities with real-world challenges!
 
As Head of Business Engagement for Fusion within the firmwide Chief Data &
 
Analytics Office, you will lead a global team aligned with JPMorganChase Lines
of Business and Corporate Functions—partnering with business and product leaders
to understand their problems, prioritize high-impact use cases, and accelerate
delivery and time-to-value with the Fusion Customer Success and Product teams.
 
Job Responsibilities
 
Build and deepen executive partnerships across JPMorganChase businesses and
 
align Fusion adoption with priority outcomes and funding
 
Shape and prioritize a high-impact use case portfolio, quantify value, and
 
secure sponsorship to accelerate delivery
 
Lead structured discovery to define problem statements and facilitate
 
continuity across teams and accelerating time to value
 
Define and report outcomes tied to business value (e.g., revenue, efficiency,
 
utilization metrics
 
Cultivate long-term, multi-level relationships across LOBs and Corporate
 
delivery, deep domain fluency, and proactive engagement
 
Champion responsible AI principles, ensuring use cases adhere to firmwide
 
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
 
14 yrs+ experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Data & AI, Cloud firm
People leadership & global team management with demonstrated experience
 
environment
 
Strong coaching, org design, talent development, and performance management
 
skills
 
Domain expertise in one or more JPMorganChase businesses/functions (e.g.,
 
solutions
 
Strong foundation in data and AI—including data architecture (ingestion,
 
and their appropriate use cases
 
Proven facilitation skills to lead discovery and deep‑dive workshops with
 
into clear problem statements
 
Executive communication and storytelling skills—able to align stakeholders,
 
articulate value hypotheses, and secure sponsorship
 
Experience prioritizing and managing a portfolio of use cases with quantified
 
value, clear success metrics, and phased delivery plans
 
Hands‑on familiarity with cloud‑native data/AI platforms and modern tooling
 
such as Python, GenAI, prompt management/orchestration, and Salesforce
 
Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and
