Hey friend,

“Do or do not. There is no try.”

Something truly wild happened over the weekend and it had nothing to do with Black Friday sales.

In a turn of events beyond our wildest imaginations, bone broth actually became a viral internet sensation.

Say whaaat?

The mayhem was spurred on by none other than highly-quoted guru and original wellness advocate Yoda himself. Yes, that Yoda.

Appearing in toddler-like form in the new Star Wars show on Disney+ called The Mandalorianhe calmly enjoys a mug of bone broth in a scene that has everyone talking.

(If you haven’t seen the series yet, you’re in for a treat! The incredible narrative details the fictional happenings in the five years following Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi.)

Anyway - back to the most important part.

In Episode 4 of the show, a wide-eyed Baby Yoda receives his mug of bone broth which he obediently (and adorably) sips amid the utter chaos surrounding him.

Bone Broth: Intergalactically-recognized Breakfast of Champions?

And that’s when the internet went nuts.

*Cue endless memes that have derailed productivity for the last few days.*

Our team was stoked.

We totally geeked out over the whole thing; unable to focus on anything other than the mention of bone broth on such a highly-publicized show - and fawning over the sheer cuteness of tv’s favorite alien sipping on his warm, healing mug.

FINALLY. Bone broth made it to the big screen and people are recognizing how important it is.

(One search of “Baby Yoda bone broth” yields hundreds of mentions to peruse alone.)

What a time to be alive!

We’ve been educating people for years about the benefits and all it took was a baby Jedi Master to get people on board...

Damn, Star Wars. Well-played.

It makes us wonder: Is bone broth how Yoda sources The Force, blossoms into a wise and all-knowing creature, and unlocks the path to immortality?!

We don't know for sure.

It might seem like a stretch, but collagen DOES have some incredible youth-supporting benefits!

And Yoda HAS been around for almost 1000 years…

All that aside, we also love how relaxed the youngling seems in the moment despite his surroundings...yep, that’s exactly what bone broth does for us too, little one.

Here’s a little sneak peek at all the fun we’ve been having with this:

We love bone broth. We love Baby Yoda. And we love the internet.

This is honestly the coolest pop culture reference to bone broth of all time (maybe ever?) and we’re sorry-not-sorry that we are absolutely going nuts.

Shoutout to our newest, most-famous member of the awesome bone broth community, and shoutout to YOU for being part of it too.

Keep sipping, and may the bone broth force be with you-

Justin
