Our Mexican Bay Scallops are caught by day boats in Magdalena Bay off the coast of Baja California Sur. Diver’s pick scallops from the bottom of the bay and hand-shuck them before they are transported by refrigerator truck to the processing facility. The Mexican Bay Scallops are then inspected, frozen, and packed before being shipped to the United States.
